My stay at the hotel was lovely! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The stunning design throughout the hotel, with individually decorated rooms, added a wonderful touch. However, the mattress was a bit too hard, and the duvet was thin. The service was accommodating, although there is room for a small improvement in updating booking details. The location was excellent, with easy access to various transport options, close to the city palace and main tourist areas. The service was efficient and attentive, but the disappointment of not having an issue fixed promptly leading to a sleepless night was a downside. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms gave me a beautiful Indian vibe, with each one uniquely designed.
